This Cleo Roze necklace in silver with rose gold plating is 1.05mm thick. It features square box links to give a heavier finish. This is the perfect chain to pair with your favourite Cleo Roze pendants
The Boxchain is available in 3 different lengths 45cm, 60cm and 70cm. Each necklace has a second loop to allow you to adjust its length.

All Cleo Roze jewellery is made of 925 sterling silver. We then finish the pieces with either white rhodium, 18-carat rose gold or 18ct yellow gold plating. Cleo Roze pieces may also incorporate zirconia, precious crystals, glass, ceramic, precious gems, freshwater pearls, imitation pearls, shell pearls, steel, brass, and enamel. These materials may break if they fall on hard ground or otherwise come into contact with hard surfaces. We therefore recommend that you take good care of your Cleo Roze jewellery. By looking after it, you can extend the life of your jewellery and enjoy it for longer.


Just like our bodies, jewellery can react to various environmental factors. Reactions with moisture and humid air, carbon dioxide, sulphur in the air, perspiration, perfumes and skin creams or other chemicals may cause the silver to oxidise. Rhodium and gold plating (in both rose and gold colour) can be badly damaged by all of the above.


Cleo Roze Jewellery cannot be cleaned with any form of cleaning agent or water.


Please note Cleo Roze Jewellery is 925 sterling silver however, and is then plated, to give it a luxurious finish. Plating will come off with wear.


As Cleo Roze Jewellery is finished with plating, it will naturally show some signs of wear over time. Rose Gold plated items are especially difficult to preserve. Note, this is not a manufacturing defect.


The provision of the 6 month guarantee apply in the event of unexpected technical and manufacturing defects only. Please be aware that improper use will invalidate claims under this guarantee.


When making a claim, please submit the sales receipt and Cleo Roze Certificate bearing the retailer’s stamp, signature and the date of purchase, through your retailer.

Delivery & Returns

All items are sent by Registered Post via An Post or GLS Courier and will require a signature upon delivery. All orders are subject to availability.

Upon completion of your order a confirmation email will be sent to you. If the item is not available we will email to let you know the expected delivery date.

All branded items are sent in official packaging.

We are totally committed to selling high quality products that will stand the test of time, however there may be a time when you will need to exchange/return something you have bought. We will be more than happy to offer and exchange or refund if the item/items are returned in perfect condition, totally unworn with all the original packaging and receipts. We cannot offer exchanges or refunds if your item has been specially made/adjusted/personalised to your requirements.

You the consumer accept full responsibility for the safe return costs of any item of which you require an exchange or refund. Cleo Roze accept no liability for said items until safely received on the companies registered premises. Cleo Roze reserves the right to refuse all exchanges or refunds requested after 30 days of the order being dispatched. Items returned for exchange/refund will be dealt with as quickly as possible. However we make no guarantee that errors will not occur and therefore indemnify the company of liability for such errors. All items received by us will be processed within 30 days. We only refund postage costs to you when either an error has occurred of which we accept responsibility, or the product/service is faulty.

How do I return my Internet order for an exchange or refund?

You can post or courier your item to our Returns Centre. For your protection, we recommend that you send your return via registered post or a secure and traceable courier who can insure your parcel for loss.

What do I send with my return?

• Complete the Returns Form (DOWNLOAD HERE)

• Clearly mark your reason for return on the Returns Form and whether you would like an exchange or a refund

• Securely pack the items in their original packaging and return. REMEMBER that you will need to pay for postage to return your item to us.
